This is the second message to inform you how we at Minerva anticipate the global Covid-19 pandemic.

\nWe regularly receive questions from our customers whether it is safe to send their instruments to us.
\n\u00a0
\nWe understand this. The world wide outbreak of the Covid-19 virus is a big concern for all of us. Recently we informed you<\/a> how we anticipate the world wide pandemic and what to expect from Minerva.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At Minerva we took additional measures to comply with the recent government regulations and new advices from the World Health Organization (WHO).<\/p>\n

According to the WHO it is safe to send packages and the contamination risk of Covid-19 is low.<\/p>\n

All our logistics partners like TNT, FedEx, DHL, UPS et cetera have taken additional measures to minimize the risk of spreading the virus.
\n\u00a0
\nWe decided to implement an additional measure for your and our safety. Incoming instruments are whipped of with a mild, non hazardous, disinfectant before handing them over to our service staff. Before we pack your calibrated and or repaired instrument we repeat this process.
