Kambic temperature chambers are of an unsurpassed quality and a robust design, with heavy-duty hinges, door locks and shelving systems. They are equipped with comprehensive heat insulation in all sides and doors of the test chamber and feature parallel sealed edges with a soft silicone profile seal for perfect tightness. An integrated fan with speed control provides internal air circulation and ensures uniformity and stability in the temperature chamber. All temperature cabinets are supplied with a user-friendly interface, various setting options and RS-232, USB or Ethernet connections. For safety during operation, a two-stage over-temperature protection is integrated, which de-activates the heating function when the temperature reaches 5 °C above the setpoint and initiates a mechanical shutdown at 10 °C above the maximum temperature. The inside of the temperature chambers for demanding temperature simulations is constructed from stainless steel; the outside finish is galvanized, powder-coated steel.
